A U.S. Army veteran and retired state government leader, Bobby has dedicated his career to guiding people through growth, change, and collaboration with clarity and confidence. Today, he has devoted himself full time to professional consulting—bringing the energy, expertise, and insight that organizations need to thrive in today’s evolving workplace.
Across his 35-year career, Bobby has led hundreds of trainings, retreats, and organizational initiatives for businesses, nonprofits, universities, corporations, and government agencies at every level.
